Refund policy

CUNIQUECREATIONS 14-Day Policy

Because all candles and ceramics are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged in transit: If your item arrives broken or faulty, WhatsApp us within 14 days with photos/video. We will replace it or issue a full refund.

Custom/personalised orders: Due to the nature of handmade items, custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

For PayFlex orders, refunds are processed back to your PayFlex account. For card/PayFast EFT, refunds go back to your card/bank account.
